Giant Motors Auto Body & Paint

I’ve been coming to this body shop for over 10 years and have brought several vehicles here during that time. They’ve always done a fantastic job. I’ve always worked with Jorge, the manager, and he’s been great every single time. He’s honest, easy to deal with, and always makes sure you’re happy with the work before you leave. You can tell he really cares about his customers and is willing to go the extra mile. I’ve used them for both insurance repairs and private-pay work, and the quality has always been excellent. It’s hard to find a body shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for quality work and people who genuinely stand behind what they do.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff. They never pick up the phone, and when they do, the guy is foul-mouthed and hostile. I tried to explain that the car only needs a new bumper and paint, no bodywork needed but as soon as I mentioned the 'total loss' status (which was only due to one sensor's cost or thats what the insurance say), he say i don’t interested and hung up in my face. It’s clear they lack the basic skills to handle anything that isn't an 'easy' insurance check. Don't waste your time with these amateurs. In the first place, no one has refused to paint my car, and wanting to look for more quotes does not mean that another shop preferred not to do it. The point is that you are an amateur at customer service, and through this person’s response to my review, everyone can see what I am referring to."

HIDDEN GEM!! I’m thrilled, they did such an amazing job on my car for a stellar price. I’m so happy I found this place in Miami. I will definitely be back if I need anymore work on my car!

Jorge and his crew are very accommodating and do a phenomenal job! They literally go out of their way to deliver exceptional service to their customers. I'm probably not a typical customer though, I come here for custom jobs on my vehicles and Jorge is by far the most professional and friendly person I have come to know. I'm fairly demanding and quite picky. They are now my friends and I trust them 100% to now onwards take care of all my automotive craftwork.

Jorge and his team did a great job with my fleet vehicle. The service repair and customer attention was very professional. See the images on the before and after and judge yourself. Will definitely bring all my vehicles here for any body paint repair.
